Originally from Southern California, Morgan made the move to Arizona to attend Arizona State University. After changing her major halfway through her sophomore year, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Following several years in retail, Morgan decided to take a leap of faith and channel her knowledge and people skills into supporting clients and team through the loan process.

As a recent graduate, Morgan is passionate and motivated to excel in her role. Originally from snowy Chicago, Leah considers herself a true Phoenician, having grown up in Phoenix and Mesa. She graduated from Desert Ridge High School in the top 10% of her class and immediately pursued her bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University, where she was awarded a full-ride scholarship. After four years of college and three major changes, Leah graduated with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on her two favorite subjects: Math and Economics.

After graduation, Leah decided on a whim to pack up and move to sunny California, where she began her career in the mortgage industry with a national lender. She quickly advanced within the company, taking on the role of loan processor. Life eventually brought her back to Arizona, where Leah had the opportunity to join the Augustyniak Team. Having worked closely with Andrew for 12 years, she brings both her expertise and vibrant personality to the group. Leah takes pride in ensuring that every loan transaction runs smoothly and stress-free, with customer service as her top priority. Her motto is simple: “Home buying doesn’t have to be stressful.”

In her free time, Leah enjoys spending time with her husband, their two kids, dog, cat, and two bunnies. Whether it’s going on adventures or taking trips to the dog park, Leah loves making memories with her family.
